The complete module is supplied ex-factory complete with Queen-size bedroom, full bathroom with shower, air conditioned, double glazed, kitchen, living/dining area and covered outside balcony. Even electric curtains, projection TV and washer drier.
Designed to sit on 6 mounting points, they can be mounted at ground level or suspended.
Services we provide
As factory representatives we liaise with local authorities regarding Australian Standards certification and provide liaison with Governments, construction project planners and local authorities.
Planning
We work with project planners, design teams and government departments, providing information to facilitate the adoption of this modern, factory built accommodation system.
Purchase facilitation.
When ready to purchase, we facilitate the order placement, production scheduling, quality assurance and shipping. This includes customs clearance and delivery to site.
After sales.
With a 15 year structural warranty and 5 year warranty on everything else we provide the local liaison for the factory backup.
Customisation
Australian Standards are amongst the highest in the world. Catering for our harsh and varied environment and climatic conditions require the ability for buildings to withstand everything from freezing temperatures to extreme desert conditions. High rainfall to arid zones, seaside to cyclonic areas, we are the land of extremes. This isn't a one size fits all solution. Whilst the factory produces many different models for all sorts of applications, passing Codemark certification is a tedious and expensive process. Options like heated floors and internal configurations can be customised to suit your project. We facilitate customised applications to suit your situation or application.
Factory direct service
There are no retailers or wholesalers for these products in Australia at this time. We are a facilitation service for project developers and government to deal directly with the factory.
Can you see, feel and touch in Australia? Yes there is a display village in South East Queensland.
